Commissioning Management Fundamental

Description

This module provides a comprehensive overview of Commissioning Management processes within modern construction and infrastructure projects. It focuses on the structured approach required to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver commissioning activities in alignment with project specifications, stakeholder expectations, and international best practices.

The training covers the full commissioning lifecycle, starting from OPR, early design review and commissionability assessment, through planning and documentation (Cx Plan, Method Statements, SOR), to execution, verification, and project handover. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how commissioning integrates with construction management, quality assurance, and project delivery.

The module emphasizes real project scenarios, highlighting coordination challenges, reporting mechanisms, testing workflows, and stakeholder involvement to ensure smooth project transition from construction to operation.

What You Will Gain
